Are Veteran Issues a Priority for the American Public?

In 2022, MRC conducted a national research poll in which 45% of Americans said they’ve donated to a veteran organization, 27% said they have volunteered for one, and 26% said they have advocated for veteran issues to their elected representatives in Congress. After the United States’ exit from Afghanistan, do you think veteran issues have become less of a priority for the American public?
